It is with a very heavy heart that I had to shutter 'Okina's teaching studio and jewelry gallery in Kealakekua and leave my beloved Big Island due to lack of affordable housing. 'Okina's last day of operation was June 1, 2024.

I am so grateful for all the amazing love and support the 'Okina ohana has given me and my tiny business over the years. Mahalo NUI for sharing these happiest days of my life! I will carry you in my heart as I navigate whatever comes next.
